These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Flight Card, an iPadOS application developed by Paperplane D Pty Ltd (“Paperplane”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Flight Card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The App
Flight Card is an electronic flight bag (EFB)-style tool designed to assist airline pilots with preflight planning, briefing, in-flight reference, and debrief workflows. It is provided as a productivity aid only.
2. Not a Certified Aviation Tool
Flight Card is not certified by any aviation authority. It is not an approved EFB, flight planning system, or navigation tool. It is not a substitute for official documents, charts, regulatory publications, operator-approved software, or your duties as Pilot in Command.
You are solely responsible for the safe and legal conduct of every flight. You must always rely on official, approved sources for operational decisions, including but not limited to:
Operational Flight Plans (OFPs) issued by your operator
Charts, NOTAMs, METARs, TAFs, and other meteorological data from official sources
Aircraft Flight Manuals, Quick Reference Handbooks, and operator manuals
Air Traffic Control instructions and clearances
Regulatory authority publications
Flight Card is intended for personal record-keeping and reference only. Any data displayed, calculated, imported, or exported by the app must be independently verified before being used for operational purposes.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree that:
You are a qualified pilot or aviation professional using the app for legitimate purposes
You will independently verify all data before relying on it
You will not use the app as a sole source of operational information
You will keep your device, iCloud account, and Apple ID secure
You are responsible for all data you enter, import, or store in the app
4. Subscription and Pricing
Flight Card is free to download and use, with limits on the number of flight days, aircraft, and crew members in the free tier.

We may change subscription prices. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period and will be communicated in advance through Apple’s standard notification process.
5. iCloud Sync
Flight Card uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your data between your devices using the same Apple ID. iCloud sync is provided to all users at no additional cost.
Sync depends on Apple’s iCloud service and your device’s network connectivity
We cannot guarantee real-time sync or zero-latency replication
If iCloud is unavailable, your data remains accessible locally on each device
We do not have access to data stored in your private iCloud container
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important flight data.
